All sales made through Inflammation Coach are final and non-refundable — this includes (but is not limited to):

Digital courses and programs
Coaching services
Event registrations
Downloads or templates
Product bundles and bonuses
Deposits and payment plans

This policy also applies to any physical products sold through our store (such as red light therapy devices or accessories), which, due to health and hygiene reasons, cannot be returned once opened.

When you buy a ticket to a concert or wellness retreat, and the day arrives and life feels overwhelming, you don’t typically write to the organizer asking for a refund. The seat was saved for you. The space was held.

The same principle applies here.

Whether you show up or not, the protocols, systems, and support are available to you — and your transformation is up to you. You’re not just purchasing information; you’re stepping into a decision to move forward. That choice has value.

We also know that hesitation is a natural part of change:

Payment plans are not subscriptions — they cannot be canceled or paused.
